Agreements

We do written agreements for services provided to make sure we are on the same page and have the same expectations before any work begins. We are in touch with our clients as work proceeds to answer any questions and are responsive while carrying out our mission for clients to make any changes in direction that may be requested.  The terms of our individual arrangements are unique to each situation.

Refunds

We are required to state a refund policy by our e-commerce credit card processing providers. Since Clarity Web Studio is a professional service business, we provide quality work by designing and delivering solutions that meet our clients needs and wishes. Once products are delivered we stand behind our work and are always available for consultation and feedback on client satisfaction. For that reason, we don’t do refunds for work that is already done according to our agreement, but we are always willing to make it right if you do experience a problem. If you are ever dissatisfied with our services, tell us!
